Brake Calipers

Matching trailer brake calipers

Choose brake calipers by matching the caliper type, rotor thickness, mounting style and the brake system already fitted to the trailer. This range includes mechanical and hydraulic trailer brake calipers commonly used with disc brake setups.

For common Australian and American trailer disc brakes, check whether the trailer uses Kodiak 225, UFP, Tie Down, PBR-style or another compatible caliper pattern before ordering. If the existing caliper is worn, inspect the pads, slide hardware, piston, seals and mounting bracket at the same time.

Pads, spares and installation checks

Brake pads for boat trailer and road trailer use should be selected to suit the caliper model, not just the rotor diameter. Browse the matching caliper spares and pads if the caliper body is serviceable but the pads or seals need replacement.

Use a qualified mechanic or brake specialist for brake caliper installation, bleeding and fault diagnosis. Still unsure which brake caliper suits your trailer? Please call our friendly sales team on 07 3205 8846.
