Choosing hub drums by brake and bearing type
Trailer hub drums need to match the brake size, stud pattern and bearing combination already fitted to the axle. Check whether the trailer uses 9 inch, 10 inch or 12 inch drum brakes before choosing a replacement hub drum.
The product names in this collection list common bearing and stud combinations, including LM (Holden), Slimline (Ford), Parallel, TX, Dexter and LandCruiser patterns. Match the existing hub drum, inner bearing, outer bearing, seal and PCD before ordering.
Drum hubs, disc hubs and brake kits
If the trailer is fitted with drum brakes, use hub drums and matching brake shoes or backing plates. If it is fitted with disc brakes, browse disc hubs and rotors instead of ordering a drum brake hub.
