Swivel clamp with 2 holes

Swivel clamp with 2 holes for use with jockey wheels with 48mm OD tube shaft size. Jockey wheels are required to be welded into place and suit wheels with an outer tube of 48mm. 

Bolt hole centres for mounting are 185mm
