Rubber dust cap for Velox style aluminium wheels

Rubber dust cap for aluminium 8 and 10-inch alloy integral wheels. These caps are generally seen on smaller tinny trailers and smaller alloy wheels. This cap fits over the top of the spigot area rather than pressed inside.
